Yoga is another great way to de-stress, whether it’s a 10 minute flexibility warm up off Youtube, or an hour long session by the beach, yoga is fantastic. Even if you do 15 minutes of simple yoga poses and stretches guided by a virtual instructor on a yoga app like Yoga Academy, which have great gentle workouts you can try out for free.
