Mindfulness Mandelas

Mindfulness mandelas are very popular at the moment and can be found displayed as artwork, for free at trendy cafes, and sold at almost every book store in town and are a great way to de-stress after a busy day and help you unwind before facing the rest of the day. Even ten minutes can help clear your mind from any stressing or worrying thoughts.

So in today’s post I’ve decided to include some of my own mindfulness mandelas from my favourite little book of calm and happiness – Calm Colouring by David Sinden & Victoria Kay.
