Christmas Recipe: Mini Puddings

For the fourth post in my Christmas collection I am blogging about some gorgeous mini fruit puddings I made for a Christmas gathering!

These cuties are sweet, super easy and quick to make and look adorable on a festive platter. I have attached my own recipe which I followed to make them. Enjoy!

The Ingredients List:

Dried cranberries

Fruit cake

Cadbury white chocolate melts

The steps to follow:

#1: To start with crumble your fruit cake (dark/light – it doesn’t matter)

#2: Next roll into desired shape and size for the pudding base.

#3: Now let balls rest in fridge to firmย up a bit overnight.

#4: The next day, melt some Cadbury white chocolate melts over the stove until smooth and runny and drizzle over top of puddings. This makes the icing.

#5: Now quickly add a cranberry on top to make the edible holly!

#6: Now leave to let icing set or eat while warm.
