HOW-TO: Style the Bandana…

The bandana is becoming an increasingly popular trend this Autumn & Winter. From street style vibes to dinner out with friends, this look is both chic and classic, yet paired with a colour block pant suit, made modern…

Here are some of my favourite ways to style a bandana:

#1: Create a classic vibe by paring a bold red bandana with a nautical stripe t-shirt, high-waisted jeans and sunglasses.

I love this vintage look from Liv Purvis, the fashion and lifestyle blogger behind

Where to find: For a classic bandana I’d recommend Country Road.

#2: Going for a more modern vibe?

Pairing a bandana with denim on denim is a style savvy combination.

Where to find: For modern print bandanas I would recommend ASOS.

#3: Feeling like a retro inspired look?

Why not pair a loose fitting linen shirt with a 70’s denim button down skirt with a neutral hue bandana. A great way to incorporate this trend into a minimalist style wardrobe.

Here’s another beautiful look created by blogger Liv Purvis…

Where to find: I’d recommend ASOS and Sportsgirl for neutral hue bandanas.

#4: Channel your designer taste by tying your favourite silk bandana onto the end of your handbag.

This is a quick, easy and inexpensive way to revamp a everyday bag into a trendy, chic and groovy handbag, still incorporating your taste and style.

Where to find: I’d recommend Forever New and Witchery for a stylish leather bag and Country Road for a silk bandana…
