I honestly find it rather difficult to picture my life without Daisy Chain Daydreams. To think a year ago today, I created a WordPress account and registered the domain name ‘Daisy Chain Daydreams’… After my first plunge into the world of blogging, I knew I’d made the right decision. I wrote three blog posts that day. 🙂
To think it all started with a relaxing holiday in Palm Cove (literally)…
Daisy Chain Daydreams Blog is living proof that taking time out is extremely beneficial for one’s health and productivity. I’ve always loved fashion and have been intrigued as to how clothes create a persona, how different garments when paired together, can create unique and stylish outfits, and the way clothes can make a person feel. I’ve also always loved to write and share my opinions and passions.
Photography and cooking have also always been of interest to me. I love to roll my sleeves up and get into ‘the zone’ when I’m in the kitchen and enjoy creating exciting new recipes and dishes. The results, more often than not, end up on my Instagram. 🙂
Thinking back to the very beginning, I don’t think I knew what I was starting. Like I said, I’ve always loved fashion, writing, cooking and sharing my ideas and thoughts… My parents actually planted the seed that I could be a blogger myself. I’ve had Pinterest for many years now – with over 43 and a half thousand pins, I can’t say I’m short of inspiration at present… 🙂
I’ve also always enjoyed reading fashion, beauty and lifestyle blogs, and follow far too many accounts on Instagram & Pinterest to keep up with! However saying all this, I could never go back to just pinning so to speak. Sharing my opinions on the latest trends, sharing style advice and clothes & designs I love has become a huge part of me and my identity and passions.
You can follow me @daisy_chain_daydreams on Instagram to see what I mean and to stay up to date on my latest adventures, splurges and foodie creations…

Last but certainly not least – thank you! Without my dedicated readers and following I wouldn’t be writing this anniversary blog post today. Whether you’ve viewed my blog once, twice, leave lovely comments, follow me on Instagram, or a a weekly reader; Daisy Chain Daydreams wouldn’t be where it is today without your continuous support and following. 🙂
