Hey lovelies! Hazelnut & brandy Forest Cake

Isn’t this just the cutest and most Instagramable Christmas cake you’ve ever seen?! It’s absolutely stunning, and is definitely on my holiday baking to-do list… (yes, I have a list of festive desserts I’d love to make this Christmas!) ๐Ÿ™‚ This hazelnut and brandy forest cake is by Donna Hay, one of my favourite Australian Chefs, so its guaranteed to be packed with flavour and taste delicious!

Sweet Strawberry Santas

I’ve seen these cute mini santas on Pinterest many times before, and think they are absolutely gorgeous! I am hoping to try recreating these for an upcoming Christmas gathering, and I have a feeling they will be a crowd pleaser, don’t you? That’s if they’re not all eaten before I arrive… hehehe ๐Ÿ™‚

Ginger-Bread Men

Speaking of cute tiny festive desserts, aren’t these mini ginger-bread men so sweet – they’re almost too cute to eat (almost! ๐Ÿ™‚ ). I made some mason jar ginger-bread layered jars for festive gifts for my girlfriends last year and they all loved making ginger-bread cookies with them! The Classic Pavlova

Living in Australia, you can’t go past a classic pavlova during the Christmas season…ย  ย  ย The perfect dessert for a warm Summer get together with friends, this recipe is definitely on my list of cooking dreams when I’m on holidays! ๐Ÿ™‚
