I’ve been enjoying reading some lifestyle, wellness & foodie bloggers and influencers recently and thought I would share some of my favourites with you guys! I’ve been introducing some more lifestyle content onto the blog lately and you guys seem to be enjoying it which is positive and has inspired me to continue expanding the blog with some more regular lifestyle content! I’d love to hear any suggestions you may have for lifestyle content you would like to see on the blog – from interiors to recipes to wellness… type away! 🙂
Anyways, enough of my rambling – let’s get to it! I hope you enjoy this week’s blog post!
The Anna Edit
Earlier this year I discovered The Anna Edit which is a fashion, beauty & lifestyle blog & YouTube channel. I absolutely LOVE her style (yes to stripes & French chic!) and her beauty routines are a great source of inspiration for me. And if that’s not all – she also shares her favourite recipes and wellness/workout tips and advice and works alongside fellow blogger Lily Pebbles & vlogger to create amazing podcasts with amazing influencers. So whether you’re looking for some style inspo (aren’t we all?!), beauty advice or new recipes to try – I highly recommend having a read/watch/listen to Anna. 🙂
So this is the perfect follow on from The Anna Edit through which I first discovered Madeleine Shaw (thanks!). Madeleine Shaw has a wonderful food philosophy which is all creating the happiest and healthiest version of yourself, which I love! I recently bought her latest cookbook ‘A Year of Beautiful Eating’ which is her third cookbook and I am really enjoying trying out different recipes and feel inspired every time I open it’s pages! You can follow Madeleine Shaw’s adventures & read through some of her recipes online through her blog, Instagram and shop here:
The Feed Feed
It’s no secret I often find myself spending ‘just a minute’ on Instagram which quickly turns into hours… I follow so many foodie accounts on Instagram although a lot of the time it’s just for inspiration and to ‘wow’ at photogenic plates of delicious food. However, one account I’ve been following for quite a while now is The Feed Feed which is great because all the recipes featured on their oh so photogenic feed is available as recipes on their website (yesss!) so you can easily recreate these delicious dishes at home!
I also recently discovered Faring Well which is an amazing source of cooking inspiration. Featuring tasty plant based recipes, Faring Well is a lovely blog run by Californian foodie Jessie who shares her favourite recipes on her blog. From savoury delights including avocado, spinach and artichoke dip & Caesar salad spring rolls to sweet treats including cherry quinoa breakfast bowls & dark chocolate nut clusters – there is soooo much inspiration no matter whether you are a beginner in the kitchen or a masterchef! 🙂
Forever a favourite celebrity chef of mine, Jamie Oliver makes healthy and simple dishes exciting with a modern twist. From his latest cookbook (one of my favourites) ‘Superfood Family Classics’ to his more classic cookbooks (we’re talking circa 2010) such as ‘Jamie’s 30 Minute Meals’ – Jamie Oliver is an amazing chef who has inspired so many and continues to create and share his passion for food with others.
Another beautiful blog I love reading is Deliciously Ella. I love her food philosophy which is all about celebrating what you can do with delicious, plant based ingredients. She has also launched her own line of energy balls and has a successful range of cookbooks to her name. From delicious healthy desserts including apple and berry crumble tart & bircher muesli to some more savoury dishes such as classic pesto pasta & sesame and aubergine noodle bowls – there’s foodie inspiration for everyone! 🙂
I hope you enjoyed this week’s lifestyle blog post! I had heaps of fun writing it!
