Festive Weekend Reading…

So November went by so quickly that I didn’t organise a monthly weekend reading in time haha. So I thought I’d collate some of my favourite content from the past month and also lots of festive content I’ve been loving lately. I hope you enjoy these links and they help you get in the festive mood hehe. 🙂

Why You Don’t Have To Feel Guilty About Being The “Busy” Friend featured on The Good Trade. I honestly have no words (I know, a rare sight for me haha) to describe how much this article resonated with me – if you find yourself feeling guilty for post-phoning catch-ups when you’re extra busy with work/study or other commitments, then this article is for you. Don’t forget to give yourself a break lovely, you’re only human.

I love Rolly Mag’s gift guide focusing on personalisation and supporting lots of lovely local Australian small businesses. There’s lots of beautiful gift ideas to inspire you to shop local this Christmas. Oh and the earrings are all divineee.

I also adore Roxane’s Christmas Gift Ideas Under $40 blog post: I love when gift guides are set to a budget too, especially if you’re looking for something sweet but small for friends, work colleagues, Kris Kringle, etc… definitely worth reading, she’s written lots of more too – I’ve bookmarked them all to bring with me when I start Christmas shopping, hehe.

Oh and another Christmas gift guide I love is by The Life of Laura, which is honestly so dreamy, not to mention the accompanying photography which is beyond beautiful…

The Cast of Netflix’s ‘Let It Snow’ Sing & Play Holiday Movie Trivia! YouTube video is entertaining and reminds me of all the classic Christmas films I’m yet to watch haha.

I also love Roxane’s Little ways to feel glam this Christmas blog post – she shares lots of lovely advice for feeling fancy this festive season and her festive puns are entertaining.

21 Sober Activities To Do This Weekend Instead Of Drinking featured on The Good Trade. A lot of Christmas festivities are focused around drinking, so I thought I would mention this thought-provoking article from The Good Trade, which highlights lots of lovely (and meaningful) activities you can organise with friends and family this December that mean you won’t wake up with a throbbing headache from partying too hard, haha.

The Life of Laura has written a lovely blog post sharing her thoughts about the new Mecca Cosmetica ‘weekend skin’ lightweight tinted moisturiser – I recently popped in-store and collected a sample and can say I’m loving it so far.

Are you enjoying following blogmas this year? I’d love to hear your favourite bloggers to follow for their festive content at this time of year 🙂
